The blockbuster Marvel movie, Black Panther became the first Marvel Comics movie to win at the Oscars on Monday when it scooped three awards from the seven nominations it had received.

The show, that had been previously running for close to five hours, this time barely ran for three. The attempts to shorten the show by cutting some awards led to a lot of online backlash to the now not-new-to-drama Oscars/Academy Awards.
