How guys can color block and still look stylish
Latest News | 2019-07-23
Every often we run to make conclusions that bright colors are for women and the dull but not so bright colors are for men. But; times have changed and men can also have some color and still rock those looks. Every once in a while, every guys should turn up dripping sauce. Here is how;
If you’re a beginner start with 2 colors
If you want to try out bright colors, start slow before you cross the bridge. Start with two colors that complement each other and see how that look comes out. After understanding how to compliment two colors, you can be able to gradually blend more colors for a stunning look. One of the colors should be neutral and the other should be bright.
Know your colors
Color and skin tone go hand in hand. Not everyone looks good with every bright color. However, by the time you want to try color blocking, you should be able to identify colors that make you stand out and pop.
Blend colors that are next to each other in the color wheel
We all studied the color wheel when we were young so turns out it is relevant to fashion. When color blocking, look at colors that are not so far apart because they can easily blend together. This makes you stand out easily in a smart and not gangster way.
Keep your prints away
If you want to color block, put your camouflage and checked prints in the ward robe. This is because they already have enough color so if you wear them with another color that is not in that particular attire it is a waste of time. You don’t want to go out looking like a painted peacock.
Lastly, don’t be boring and add some color to your wardrobe.
