Pulse Hustler: Kayondo Ibrahim, Founder of Trip Addicts Uganda Dreams of a Day all Young People Will Explore the Pearl of Africa

Travel is probably one of life’s greatest adventures. Being able to see and experience other places, cultures, people and so many other things is an experience you cannot take for granted. It is still such a big myth that travel is expensive and this has robbed many of that beautiful experience especially the young people.

Kayondo Ibrahim, a travel fanatic, realized this gap and the problem solver in him prompted him to create a youth-oriented travel group called Trip Addicts to encourage young people to travel more.

The group that started last year is currently still focusing on domestic travel because what’s the point of international travel if you have not yet appreciated the beauty you have back home. His company provides different services like travel, tour guides, tourism consultancy to hotel bookings and inquiries on different tourist destinations around Uganda.

“Our aim is to be credible enough in our services and to come up with packages that benefit each and every Ugandan,” Ibrahim told MTN Pulse.

With his dedication and passion for travel, Ibrahim dreams of a day when he will see more and more Ugandans especially the young people embracing travel and getting to experience the Pearl of Africa that they reside in.

Away from travel, Ibrahim is a supervisor with former Busiro South MP contestant Paul Owor. So this means that during the week he is at work with Paul and over the weekend he is doing what he loves best- travel.

There’s so much to learn from this travel enthusiast so you can buy yourself a Pulse data bundle from the MTN Pulse app and follow him on social media. Better yet you can also follow Trip Addicts to get yourself a tailored trip for you and your friends around Uganda.
