Doesn’t matter whether you’re male or female, a fresh hair cut or new hairstyle will add an extra statement to your looks. However, for the ladies, it goes a long way because there are so many hairstyles that one can do from natural hair styles to braids or crotchets, cornrows name it. The trick is to find someone who possesses the seamless skill to plait them perfectly so that you stand out.

Hawah Nalumansi, our WCW today is one of the many young pulsers who is mastering the craft of plaiting neat and outstanding hairstyles for women.

“How did your hair journey begin?” We asked Hawah

“From when I was a child, I loved hair and doing hair. So when I got to university I decided to go natural and started braiding my own hair and eventually my friends noticed my skill and asked me to braid their hair as well. That’s how my journey begun,” Hawah responded.

Hawah now earns from a skill that was originally a hobby for her. With word of mouth and social media, she has been able to grow her clientele from just her family and friends to different people from all walks of life.

Your craft may not necessarily have anything to do with hair but you can also use your social media like Hawah does to attract more clients to your business. All you need is a Pulse data bundle to get started.

Hawah did a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Accounting at MUBS Nakawa and with that skill together with a Cosmetology course that she hopes to pursue, her dream is to open up her own salon as she is currently mobile.

Follow Hawah on social media, never know you’ll book her for your own hair appointment or your girlfriend’s hair appointment; better still, mother’s day is around the corner, book Hawah to do your mother’s hair.
